🎮Game News
Some interesting gaming news from games com I see online the LEGO Batman has been popular online and its an open world adventure game taking cues from Rocksteady Batman Arkham games. Quite strange that a game set in LEGO theme is popular these days. I do enjoy playing LEGO Games it has such a fun appeal,
Halo is having a collab with Helldivers this is one cross over that needs to happen long ago with Xbox version selling well too I see it as a way to promote future halo games.

10 Easy Habits to Be A Better Game Developer
Andrew Chambers Design came with another video this time on some tips to make better games. I do like np. 2 to chop down the biggest feature first.
When videos have a list of topics, I always want a list of the timecodes. So I made one!
0:50 1. Know why you're doing it
1:58 2. Chop down the biggest tree first
3:52 3. Take intentional breaks
4:46 4. Identify your core mechanic
5:55 5. Dedicate focused time
6:48 6. Make it modular
8:24 7. Don't stop prototyping
9:31 8. Spreadsheets rule
10:41 9. Steal ideas (really)
12:02 10. Keep daily lists

🔎 Interesting Finds
A Spielberg Call of Duty?

Sounds like a missed opportunity but maybe its all about who gets creative control. Looks like Activision gave a pass to Spielberg to direct a Call of Duty Movie and going with the studio that made the Halo Movie
"Imagine turning down the guy who made Saving Private Ryan to go with the studio responsible for the Halo show," reads the top comment on the CoD subreddit's post about the decision. That's probably a little unfair on Paramount, not least because Spielberg is credited as an executive producer on the Halo show.
